Marketing documents and criteria documents are a staple of the designer’s repertoire. Information needs to be communicated, constantly, and the better a designer can present this information to a user, the better the user can ingest and store this information. Designers have an enormous responsibility in that regard. Our job is not only to present information in a way that is clear and as easy to understand as possible. We should also – with the quality of the presentation entice and excite users to be hungry for that information.
