Book Layout

Book layout is an art that is a long game. First the designer has to determine the style that will lay the base for the entire book – the fonts to be used, the colours, graphic elements and how these will all interact with each other. Then the content is carefully funneled into the pages and meticulously placed to be perfectly balanced on the page. A perfectly laid out book is something that brings pleasure to the reader – perfection is always the aim.
