The client needed a complete redesign of their corporate identity as the old logo had become outdated. The only request was that the pair of hands holding a building, from the original logo be carried over to the new logo. The logo and branding needed to convey a concept of elegance and exclusivity which is in line with the kinds of properties this agency deals with.
This design with wireframe hands holding the building against the background of a chromatic blue-grey made it through to the other side of the conceptualisation and selection process. The background creates a convenient label on which to display the logo for many different applications. The golden line adds an element of luxury and exclusivity to the design. The type face is modern yet classic – ensuring this logo will not become dated quickly. The line work is elegant and the background lends stability to the design.
